WESTport Corporation warrants all products for 30 Days from
the date of shipment except in cases of customer abuse and mishandling.
This 30 day period allows ample time for all products to be inspected
for any manufacturing inaccuracies. WESTport offers no further warranties
, expressed or implied. WESTport’s responsibilities due to any
defects or inaccuracies with any product or certificates shall in no
event nor for any cause whatsoever exceed the price of the pertinent
product that was shipped. |
